AIIB Learning Space User Manual

How to create a new accountexpand collapse


Step 1: Navigate to the AIIB Learning Space (https://learn.aiib.org).
Step 2: Click on the "Sign In" icon at the top right corner.
Step 3: Click on "Sign Up".


Step 4: After reviewing the privacy Statement, click on the "I Agree" button.


Step 5: Fill in the required fields: Email, Password, First Name, Last Name, Country/Region, Organization Name, and other necessary details.
Step 6: Click "Create My Account."


Step 7: An email has been sent to your email address containing an activation link.


Step 8: Check your email, and click on the link to activate your account.


Step 9: Your account has been successfully activated. You can now explore and select courses that interest you. Click "Continue" to explore your learning journey.


Step 10: Check the 2-step verification code sent to your email box.


Step 11: Enter the 2-step Verification code and click "Continue".


Step 12: You are now logged into AIIB Learning Space.


Forgot Passwordexpand collapse


Step 1: Click "Sign In".
Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?".


Step 3: Fill in your Email and Click "Reset Password".


Step 4: After clicking "Continue", please check your email for the password reset message.


Step 5: Click the "link" in the email to reset your password.


Step 6: After filling in your new password, click "Save Changes".


Step 7: Your new password has been set. Enter the 2-step Verification code to log in.


SSO using AIIB work emailexpand collapse


Step 1: Click "Sign In" at the top right corner of the homepage, then click "SSO using AIIB work email".


Step2 : Sign in to your "AIIB work email".


Step3 : For the first login, please fill in "Other Information".
Step4: Click "Update Profile" to continue signing in.


How to Sign Up for a Courseexpand collapse


Step 1: Sign In to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Courses" or use the search bar.
Step 3: Select the course you want to enroll in.


Step 4: Click "Enroll Now"


Step 5: You are now enrolled in the course.


Step 6: To view the courses you have enrolled in, click on "My Courses."


How to Unenroll from a Courseexpand collapse


Step 1: Enter the course you wish to unenroll from and click the "…" icon.


Step 2: Click "Unenroll me from this course".


Step 3: After confirming, click "Continue" to complete the unenrollment process.


How to Check Your Course Progress and Resultsexpand collapse


Step 1: Click "Grades" in the course context menu.


Step 2: Check your course progress and grades.


How to Download a Certificateexpand collapse


Step 1: When you have completed the course requirements, you will receive a certificate. Click "Certificate".


Step 2: Click "View Certificate".


Step 3: Your certificate will be displayed. You can download or print your certificate.


How to Star a Courseexpand collapse


Step 1: Click "My course".
Step 2: Select the course you want to star and click the "..." icon.


Step 3: Click "Star this course".


Step 4: Your course card will now display a star icon.


Step 5: Clicking "Starred" to view all the courses you have starred.


How to Unstar a Courseexpand collapse


Step 1: Click "My Course".
Step 2: Select the course you want to unstar and click the "…" icon.


Step 3: Click "Unstar this course".


Step 4: The star icon will be removed from your course card, and it will also disappear from the list of starred courses.

    AIIB Learning Space - Terms and Conditions

    The AIIB as a multilateral development bank has the purpose to: (i) foster sustainable economic development, create wealth, and improve infrastructure connectivity in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive sectors; and (ii) promote regional cooperation and partnership in addressing development challenges by working in close collaboration with other multilateral and bilateral development institutions.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions as well as any documents expressly incorporated by reference herein (collectively, “Terms and Conditions”) shall constitute or be construed as a waiver, renunciation or modification by AIIB of any of its immunities, privileges and exemptions accorded to it under the Articles of Agreement of the AIIB, any other international treaty or international convention or any applicable law.

    AIIB maintains the Learning Space (the “Site”) as part of efforts to provide specialized training and knowledge to AIIB’s internal and external counterparties for capability building. Your access and use of the Site and all its information and data (“Content”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by AIIB, as well as any documents expressly incorporated by reference herein.

    Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and AIIB’s Policy on Personal Data Privacy (PPDP).
