Introduction to course:

This course is developed by the Green Climate Fund's Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM) and is primarily tailored to help the GCF's Direct Access Entities strengthen their grievance redress mechanisms, while still being useful for other participants. The course has been made available in AIIB's e-learning space as a guest course in collaboration with GCF's IRM and AIIB's Project-affected People's Mechanism (PPM).

The course provides an in-depth exploration of the design, operations, and roles of project-level Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRMs), and includes interactive exercises, illustrative case examples, and additional practical resources.
